Stepping into the role of Sales Director for INTERPHEX feels like a homecoming. While I may be new to this specific event, my passion has always been rooted in industries that drive meaningful change. I am thrilled to join this incredible community of innovators, scientists, and business leaders who are shaping the future of pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing.
My journey here has been shaped by a deep appreciation for the power of connection and collaboration. I joined the RX Global family over a year ago, where I had the privilege of working on the Vision Expo show. In that role, I saw firsthand how a leading trade show can serve as a powerful catalyst for an entire industry,
bringing together professionals to share knowledge, discover new technologies, and forge essential business relationships. Before my time at RX, I was in sales at Medline Industries, Inc., which gave me a foundational understanding of the healthcare landscape and the critical importance of the supply chain that supports it.
These experiences have solidified my belief in the value of what we do. Events like INTERPHEX are more than just a place to do business; they are the epicenter of progress. They are where groundbreaking ideas are born, where partnerships are formed, and where the collective genius of an industry comes together to solve its most pressing challenges. It is in the aisles of the expo hall, during technical sessions, and in casual conversations that the next wave of innovation begins to take shape.
The pharmaceutical and biotech sectors are at a pivotal moment. The pace of discovery is accelerating, and with it comes the need for more advanced manufacturing solutions, more efficient processes, and stronger global networks. INTERPHEX stands at the heart of this evolution, providing the essential platform for the industry to convene, learn, and grow.
