Precision weighing of high value liquid pharmaceuticals in small, unstable bottles for accurate dosages.

Using up to four FlashCell™ load cells, it can achieve a weighing accuracy of +/-2 mg at 3 sigma at speeds of up to 400 parts per minute.

A customizable series of starwheels grips each product and momentarily releases them onto the load cell for weighing.

It’s very simple – the system straddles the existing conveyor and requires no line modifications or transfer mechanism.          

We deploy a Tare/Gross technique with an additional StarWeigh checkweigher to track and calculate actual fill volume.
