The Fitzpatrick Company, an IDEX Material Processing Technologies Business Unit, will be exhibiting the latest in roll compaction/size reduction equipment. Fitzpatrick roll compactor/mill systems increase powder densities via dry agglomeration and produce free-flowing granules for high speed tableting or encapsulation (achieved via a unique pre-compression feed system and precision real-time roll gap control). Fitzpatrick’s milling solutions provide finely adjustable/controllable particle size distributions (PSDs) – leading to tighter, narrower and more on-spec PSD targets. Fitzpatrick roller compaction and milling offerings are easily scalable, thus reducing lab-to-production technology transfer time and costs.
