Jay Yadav is a postdoctoral associate in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, MIT. Dr. Yadav’s current research work focuses on the development of novel purification and separation methods for human antibodies and mRNA. Before MIT, Jay did his postdoctoral research at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, where he codeveloped advanced analytical characterization techniques to estimate the crystalline content of microcrystalline cellulose using Raman spectroscopy. He is inventor and coinventor of two international patents, PCT filings, and several Indian patents on the discovery and development of novel solid forms of anticancer and antihypertensive drug molecules. He also authors and coauthors eight peer-reviewed research papers in international journals. He also served as a guest editor for a special issue on membrane-based microfluidic approaches in pharmaceutical sciences for MDPI’s membranes journal and a reviewer for seven international journals.
