How It Works

Before the Show – Be Ready to Scan on Day 1

  • Download the dedicated app by searching “Emperia” in the app store and downloading it.
  • You’ll receive your company’s login credentials in an email from INTERPHEX and your Customer Success Manager.
  • Keep the app! Downloading and signing in to the app means you will be all set for future INTERPHEX Events!

During The Show

  • Tap to scan the QR code on the attendee’s badge.
  • Take notes about your new leads and enter optional information including any follow-up actions.

After The Show

  • Attendees receive a dedicated list of all exhibitors that scanned their badge at INTERPHEX—be sure you are one of them!
  • You can receive access to your leads, too, through the Lead Retrieval App—after and during the show!
  • View, sort and download leads directly into your CRM
  • Follow up with your leads within a week to increase ROI and keep the conversation going
