International Attendees Visa Request

As an international attendee, it may be necessary for you to receive an official invitation to obtain your travel Visa. Please read the following procedures needed in order to expedite your request. International attendees requesting a Letter of Invitation must be registered badge holders with a valid confirmation number prior to requesting an Invitation Letter.

Invitation requests must be received no later than Friday, March 26th, 2010.

Access the Nonimmigrant Visa Letter Request Form - Please do not submit your form more than once, as this may cause delays in processing.

Invitation processing takes approximately 5-7 business days after submitting the completed request form. Due to the volume of requests for Invitations we receive each day, original Invitation Letters will be sent by courier service. We are unable to fax or email copies. If you have any other questions regarding this process, please direct them to invitation@reedexpo.com.
