Exhibitor Press Opportunities

FREE Exhibitor Press Opportunities!

The earlier you plan your publicity campaign, the more visible your company will be at the show. Now is the time to start thinking about your new media approach for the 2010 event and putting your plan into motion!

INTERPHEX 2010 Online Press Office

Post and distribute your company news and press materials via the Online Press Office for INTERPHEX 2010.

This is a free service designed to provide maximum media exposure for your company at INTERPHEX. Virtual Press Office (VPO) will create an online press kit for your company that guarantees round-the-clock visibility and worldwide distribution to influential industry media and analysts. Your online press kit comes with valuable media usage reports allowing exhibitors the opportunity to proactively follow-up with journalists who reviewed your materials.

Contribute press releases, company/product backgrounders, images, video clips and more.

To create your online press kit simply:

  • Email up to 3 documents (press releases, company backgrounders, images, product information, white papers etc.) as attachments to files@vpoinc.com
  • The following formats work best: WORD, PDF, HTML and JPEG.
  • Please keep each file under 1MB

For more information, please contact Allie Schick at VPO, +1 973-783-7787 or allie@vpoinc.com.

Display Your Corporate Press Kit

All exhibitors are invited to display press kits in the INTERPHEX Press Office on-site. This is a working office for the members of the press who attend the Show. Exhibitors are asked to hand-carry 25 - 50 kits to the Press Office on April 19, 2010 between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Kits will also be accepted each morning of the show between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
