Getting Started - Write Your Story!
It's all in the details- the online exhibitor directory is the first place INTERPHEX Professionals and media go to learn more about your company. Be sure to update and list the following in your company listing: company name, description, product listings, booth number, address, phone number, fax number, Web site URL, press releases, public relations contact and show specials. Access the exhibitor dashboard here to update your listing.

Request Media List
The INTERPHEX media list will be available to all exhibitors in an electronic Microsoft Excel file format only approximately 4-6 weeks prior the event. Please email press list requests to nwright@reedexpo.com. Your email subject line should read: Request for INTERPHEX Media List. ALL requests for the press list must be made by email.

Issue and Post Your Press Releases
Publicize your involvement in INTERPHEX to the media and your current customers – keep them informed of any new products, corporate initiatives and exciting events you have planned for the event. Upload your press releases to your online directory listing. To help you get started we've put together a sample template for you to use. You can upload your press release by accessing the exhibitor dashboard here.

Exhibitor Show Announcements
Publicize your special show offers, new products, booth demonstrations, onsite technicians, after-hour events and contests and we'll market them to pre-registered attendees leading up to the event. Submit your information through the exhibitor dashboard here.

Onsite Exhibitor Media Services

Display Your Company's Press Kit
All exhibitors are invited to display press kits in the INTERPHEX Press Office. This is a working office for the press that attends the Show. Exhibitors are asked to hand-carry 25 - 50 kits to the Press Office. Kits will also be accepted each morning of the show, one hour before the exhibit hall opens for business. The press office is open from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm on Tuesday, May 1 and Wednesday, May 2 and 9:00 am – 3:00 pm on Thursday, May 3.

All press kits remaining in the Press Office at the close of the show will be discarded.

Hold a Press Conference or Booth Briefing
With the right preparation, a press event at the show can provide your company and products invaluable exposure. Complimentary news conference facilities are available to exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibitors should plan to invite media at least one month prior to the Show. Fill out the Press Conference Application to reserve your timeslot.

Consider a Press Conference if…

  • You are introducing a NEW product, service or technology at the show.
  • You are announcing a corporate merger or acquisition.
  • You are announcing significant corporate initiatives, financial reports and changes in executive management.

Consider a Booth Briefing if…

  • You are demonstrating a NEW product, service or technology.
  • The ambience of the booth enhances your presentation.
  • Employees are unable to leave the booth for an extended period of time.
