Pre-Show Exhibitor Media Services
It's all in the details—the online exhibitor directory is the first place INTERPHEX attendees and media go to learn more about your company. Be sure to update and list the following in your company listing: company name, description, product listings, booth number, address, phone number, fax number, website URL, press releases, public relations contact and show specials. The exhibitor dashboard will be available soon.
Request Media List
The INTERPHEX media list will be available to all exhibitors in an electronic Microsoft Excel file format only approximately 4-6 weeks prior the event. Please email press list requests to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your email subject line should read: Request for INTERPHEX Media List. ALL requests for the press list must be made by email.
Issue and Post Your Press Releases
Publicize your involvement in INTERPHEX to the media and your current customers to keep them informed of any new products, corporate initiatives and exciting events you have planned for the event. You can upload your press release by accessing the exhibitor dashboard which will be available soon.
Customer Invitation Program
Communicate your presence at INTERPHEX to your customers and prospects and provide them with free Exhibit Hall Admission. Order your FREE Customer Invitations online, which include:
- A web banner with custom URL promoting free exhibit hall admission that you can post on your company's website, include in emails, email signatures, and newsletters.
- A customizable email invitation which includes your company's product image, description and map.
